While working on #159 I realized a lot of our secrets could actually be variables, and that would probably result in us chasing our tail a lot less trying to figure out what AWS key is in the GitHub actions for example.
I'll also just put the rest of the secrets in 1password and pulumi as well to make those easier to update and find.
