Notifications improvements #39
Description
On very large notifications, for instance pings on long messages in discord, the notification popup is so big it fills the screen and/or goes off the left or top of the screen.
Need to not let them get any larger than a set portion of the screen and use scrollbars & maybe word wrapping to be able to see the rest.
Also maybe should have something where if you click on it it will not close until you manually close so you can read the whole thing without it going away.
Should also have an indicator for how much longer it will remain up
