Unable to install pystan and fbprophet

I can not install pystan and fbprophet in my jupyter notebook

Prophet requires pystan<=2.9.1.1 (see Prophet install docs, so you need to install it via !pip install pystan==2.9.1.1.

Be warned though, I ran into a lot of issues trying to install pystan==2.9.1.1 with Python 3.10. The only thing that helped was using Python 3.8 in the end to install pystan. Other users reported issues with Python3.9 as well so I didn't even try that.

A different option would be to use the cmdstanpy experimental backend as described in Prophet's install docs at the above link. That will require also installing cmdstan, which you can either use conda for or will have to install it from source, that might just not be the most intuitive option if you have never compiled and build a software package.

download pystan seperately and then download prophet(not fbprophet) and check
this worked for me
