[B6] Shijing is Pre-Alpha and IA/admission docs conflict

Current Finding

Public Shijing is Pre-Alpha/not launched. Normative IA defines exactly six primary tabs 日镜 / 月镜 / 年镜 / 命镜 / 合镜 / 问镜; README.md still describes the old four-tab model 今日 / 关注 / 问时镜 / 我; AGENTS.md describes five tabs 日镜 / 月镜 / 年镜 / 命镜 / 时镜. ADMISSION.md references pnpm run pack, but public package.json has no pack script.

Closure Evidence

• One public IA authority, with README and AGENTS aligned to .nimi/spec/shijing/kernel/ia-contract.md.
• Admission documentation that does not claim unsupported packaging commands.
• Public package and release posture that is not Pre-Alpha when used as ordinary release evidence.
