Public desktop E2E uses the Tauri fixture path in apps/desktop/scripts/run-e2e.mjs, and public specs do not prove ordinary app discovery/download/install/open/run. Adding fixture-backed app-platform coverage is useful, but live off-fixture proof remains a separate private-gated decision.
