M1: Landing page — shoploop.studio dual-offering (Pimcore at the center) #34

Description

@ninan-versioning

The landing page — shoploop.studio

Build the paste-a-URL front door. Landing page reflects the dual offering with Pimcore at the center.

The narrative

Hero: one input, one submit. "Paste any product URL." That's it.

Below the fold, three sections make the dual offering legible:

  1. Two links from one URL — visual: URL → Pimcore card → two arms (Operator link + Configurator link) with a screenshot of each. Pimcore branded as "the shared product-experience layer."
  2. The Operator link — full-funnel positionless AI marketing. Grip-clone Studio for marketers/artists/ops. Sample screenshot: Polotno canvas with a live twin + molecule library open + Postiz scheduled campaigns.
  3. The Configurator link — premium 3D configurator that replaces static PDPs. Sample screenshot: shopper spinning a product with the multi-camera rig + variant panel open + wellness-pack composer.

Then: pricing ($0 OSS / $0 trial / $299/mo managed), reference architecture (NVIDIA Omniverse + OpenUSD + Vercel + AWS), motto, footer.

Scope (M1)

  • apps/shoploop-studio-site/app/page.tsx — hero with paste-a-URL input as the single primary CTA. Submit → /{slug} (Configurator link is the default landing for anonymous visitors; Operator link is CTA'd on a secondary "Are you an operator?" tab).
  • app/(marketing)/how-it-works/page.tsx — the three sections above.
  • app/(marketing)/pricing/page.tsx — three tiers, one comparison table.
  • app/(marketing)/pimcore/page.tsx — "Why Pimcore is at the center" (PXM as the shared layer both links read/write; retains customer data ownership; open-source, self-hostable).
  • R3F hero animation — a rotating product twin (Varitea tin as first seed) behind the paste input. Motion budget: ≤60 FPS on mobile.
  • Trilingual toggle (hi/en/mr). Noto Serif Devanagari + IBM Plex Serif per design.md.
  • SEO: OpenGraph + JSON-LD schema.org/SoftwareApplication.
  • PostHog auto-instrumentation on the URL paste (this is our top-of-funnel metric).
  • Docs link (/docs), GitHub link, discord/forum link, docs/vercel.md referenced in a "self-host" callout.
  • Password gate stays (shoploop) until v0.1 Varitea Closed-Loop ships (per AGENTS.md v0.1 gate).

Copy — hero (English)

Full-funnel positionless AI marketing for tabletop products.

Paste any product URL. Get two links back:

  • a Studio that runs your funnel end-to-end
  • a 3D configurator that replaces your product page

Both share the same Pimcore twin. Same brand rules. Same posterior compounds nightly.

grip.tools, democratized. [ Paste a URL ]

Trilingual variants: land copy in hi + mr day-one, not translate-only.

Copy — three-section outline

Section 1 — Two links from one URL

One paste. Two links. One product truth.
Everything you build on the Operator link streams to the Configurator link. Everything a shopper does on the Configurator link posts back to the Operator link. Pimcore holds the shared record. That's the loop.

Section 2 — Operator link

The Grip-clone Studio your $500k/yr competitor charges enterprise pricing for.
Multi-camera scene builder. Molecule library. Postiz publisher. Nango-brokered ad + CRM connects. PostHog analyst. Full-funnel, positionless, on AWS.

Section 3 — Configurator link

Replace your static PDP with a premium 3D configurator.
Multi-camera product view. Variant swap without reloads. Wellness-pack composer. Customer-as-designer prompts (Gatorade × Adobe Firefly style). Every interaction feeds your Operator link.

Success criteria

  1. Paste-a-URL input is the visual and semantic hero. Zero other CTAs above the fold.
  2. First-time visitor from shoploop.studio can paste a seed URL and reach a live Configurator link within 30s.
  3. Lighthouse mobile: Performance ≥85, LCP ≤2.5s, CLS ≤0.1.
  4. Trilingual toggle works and preserves the pasted URL across locales.
  5. Vercel Preview deploy passes on every PR touching apps/shoploop-studio-site.

Cost envelope

  • Vercel Pro flat-rate (already committed).
  • R3F hero: static USD asset served from S3+CloudFront. Negligible.
  • Loaded: $0 marginal cost per landing-page view.

Decision-gate answers

  1. Varitea dogfood critical path? Yes — Varitea's paste-and-see demo runs off this page.
  2. Deepens moat? Yes — the paste-a-URL surface is our top-of-funnel wedge.
  3. Mistral cheaper? N/A.
  4. Ships in ≤2 weeks solo? Yes — this is a marketing site build with existing components (components/StackStrip.tsx, components/LoopDiagram.tsx are already scaffolded).
  5. Monthly cost? $0 marginal.
  6. Non-URL intake? None — the whole page is architected around the paste-a-URL input.
