How to create account in userinfuser to generate API's

Hello There,

I am new to gaming application which is userinfuser. When I am creating account online i.e, with the url :

https://cloudcaptive-userinfuser.appspot.com/html/signup.html

Then I am not able to create an account. It shows some error messages. Can you please suggest me how to create an account in Userinfuser application.
