EPSG changes registered 2025.112 (october 2025).

• that is new EPSG codes from 11169 to 11181 (these are EUREF-FIN / GKnnFIN + N2000 height with N, E, h.

Proj changes OSGeo/PROJ#4593 commited October 2025 with target version 9.8.0.

What about GeoTools support, what does it need?

GeoTools changes requested February 2025 (see https://osgeo-org.atlassian.net/browse/GEOT-7716). These changes arrived to GeoTools in version 33.0.
