Description
Register the new solutions entity type so the generic ingest/migrate machinery handles it:
- Add
"solutions" to ENTITY_ORDER in bin/nanopm-ingest-agent (controls index placement — put it after opportunities).
- Add
"solutions" to ENTITY_TYPES in bin/nanopm-migrate-to-wiki (scaffold).
Acceptance
nanopm-ingest-agent apply --target wiki/entities/solutions/<slug>.md writes inside the wiki and the type appears in the generated index order; migrate scaffolds a solutions/ dir. Existing test/ingest-path.sh / test/wiki-canonical.sh still pass with the new type.
