Description
Close the pm-opportunities → pm-solutions chain. Edit skills/pm-opportunities/SKILL.md so that at end of run, if any opportunity is ready-for-solutions, it offers to launch /pm-solutions <slug> on it. Pure additive nudge — no other behavior change.
Acceptance
After a /pm-opportunities run that leaves an opportunity ready-for-solutions, the skill surfaces an offer to run /pm-solutions on it; runs with none ready-for-solutions surface nothing.
