Why

Parent issue for the specfact ceremony command (UX layer: standup, refinement, planning aliases). Use this issue to group and track ceremony-cockpit work.

What

• Command: specfact ceremony (standup, refinement, planning, optional flow/pi-summary)
• Purpose: Assign child issues and change proposals to this parent via Relationships or project Type grouping.
• OpenSpec: Changes under openspec/changes/ceremony-01-*. See openspec/CHANGE_ORDER.md.

Acceptance Criteria

• All ceremony-related issues are linked to this parent.
• Implementation order follows CHANGE_ORDER.md.
