Why

Parent issue for bundle/spec mapping (confidence scoring, auto-bundle, backlog refine/import). Use this issue to group and track bundle-mapping work.

What

• Area: Bundle mapping (BundleMapper, backlog refine --auto-bundle, mapping history)
• Purpose: Assign child issues and change proposals to this parent via Relationships or project Type grouping.
• OpenSpec: Changes under openspec/changes/bundle-01-*. See openspec/CHANGE_ORDER.md.

Acceptance Criteria

• All bundle-related issues are linked to this parent.
• Implementation order follows CHANGE_ORDER.md.
