No notifications on operations like load, save and login

I've tested the service recently and I've noticed that there was no notification on successful operations like loading a file, saving or login or failed operation like login without having an extension to handle it.

User would expect some type of notification instead of visually or manually confirming.

Thanks for the feedback. The apps were generally put together quickly. This would definitely be a good thing, I've just not figured out the best way yet. Would be happy to merge a PR on a specific app, or if there's some UX that is very confusing to the user, tackle that first.
