No active language error handling

Our NstackBuilder fails at finding the default language when no language is set to active on nstack.io. Ideally we print a nice message in that case instead of throwing.

@markusrubey @johsoe what about forcing nstack.io to force their users to set a language as active? This would prevent this unwanted behavior
