When the database has multiple tables and it takes more than 30 seconds to get the constraints, the connection is reset

hey @bakjos - thanks for the logging the issue as well as the PR. I had look into fixing this myself. I think it may be related to #3486

Hey @nickzelei , In my case, it was because the database has 300+ tables, I tried the endpoint directly using grpcurl, and it took ~45 seconds to respond, and the default NEXT_JS proxy timeout is 30s, so the connection was killed. I have manually changed the proxy timeout to 120s, and it was successful
