Implement some form of versioning for trawl backdeck, and display in UI

Need to make the version of the software visible to the user. Currently its pretty confusing as to which version we're using.

Thought about displaying app info on home page like so, but might be too invasive for what it is, not sure I have any other "App Info" data to display:

For starters going to add version to title:

For now I'm going to only add this to the home page window title. Future work to clean this up, but going with the least invasive approach for now. See #216 for later work.
