Easily customizable "Privacy" page

It would be nice is admins could easily modify the "Privacy" page in the client settings to point to their own privacy policy, add their own data collection text and also put different contact details like a support channel or so.

Related but not duplicate, since the UI has a dedicated privacy page in the settings which should be customizable especially when auto-connecting to an related IRC server.
