Description

Models do not seem to generate sufficient answers without internet access.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load model of choice
2. Turn off internet
3. Ask "what is a llama"

Expected Behavior

A description of the animal in varying degrees of depth depending on context size and model, similar to other local LLM applications (Edge Gallery, Locally, etc).

Actual Behavior

Application tried to use web_tool to answer query.
