Winter Solstice Countdown

I think this would be a fun little feature. Kind of like a Christmas countdown but for everyone. I envision it to every day at noon say the amount of days left and then give a winter themed quote. Maybe it could also be called with a !wintercount command to say the amount of days left and another winter themed quote.

Could also be expanded for other types of events, i.e. New Year's, Halloween, Canada Day, etc

It should also say how much shorter the day today is than the day before 👍
