Incompatiable License with Pircbotx #162

Pircbotx is GPLv3: https://github.com/pircbotx/pircbotx
This Repository is licensed under MIT, which is not allowed: https://opensource.stackexchange.com/a/1641 .
Current options:
- Change Repository license to GPLv3
- Remove Pircbotx dependency; a possible option is https://github.com/KittehOrg/KittehIRCClientLib (I'll be doing this in the Quarkus refactor)
