docs: add hoct to tools?

I am updating the tools/workflows in the NGFF documentation

I saw royerlab/hoct#2 just now, would you see it fitting anywhere in the documentation?

The "ecosystem" section makes a lot of sense. Do you plan to add a "Data processing", "Image Analysis" or "Cell Tracking" subsection? Any of them would fit.

The subsections are a good idea. For this iteration I am lumping "analysis tools" under "Integrative workflows" in /ecosystems.

If you could provide a short one-liner for the project to include on the page, that would be great.
