EPIC: document and organize new tools and resources

I've been doing that manually in #529, but the number of tools and OME-Zarr resources appearing is really impressive.

Doing a registry in that mostly manual way may be a sysyphean task.

This "epic" ticket is to aggregate the issues on adding new resources but also to collect ideas on a scalable way to document the ecosystem around the OME-Zarr specification.
