fingerprint test should support testing with multiple simulation time limits

Sometimes one wants to test with the time limit in omnetpp.ini, but sometimes it would be better to test for a much smaller limit for performance reasons.

Should we add separate fingerprints with tags? should we add a sim_time_limit_factor parameter?
