Webwork Script - Set up Testing

# Scope 
- We need to start writing tests for this script 
- Set up and configure a python testing framework 

# Steps 
- Determine a python testing framework 
- Create a branch off of `webwork-script`
- Document what the python testing framework is being used and the steps required to run the tests locally (don't worry about automating these tests for now)
