Android Auto displays white screen on Pi5 with Waveshare touchscreen and Pi52 SSD/DAC hat

Describe the bug
When running this project on a Raspberry Pi 5 with a Waveshare touchscreen and Pi52 SSD/DAC hat, the dashboard and audio function correctly, but the Android Auto interface only displays a white screen instead of rendering as expected.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set up a Raspberry Pi 5 with a Waveshare touchscreen and Pi52 SSD/DAC hat
2. Install and run the openDsh/dash project as per the instructions
3. Launch Android Auto from the dashboard
4. Observe that the Android Auto area displays a white screen

Expected behavior
Android Auto should render correctly within the dashboard interface.

Additional context
The dashboard and audio features work, but Android Auto fails to render. Any troubleshooting tips or fixes would be appreciated.

Bug reported and closed multiple times.
Disable RT Audio in openDash settings and reboot.

For me using andriod auto in 1080p fails the render. In 720p it worked fine. Changing the RTaudio did nothing for me

That makes audio not work whatsoever. How is that a solution?

Also given that the solution mentioned here sort of works, it is clearly a race condition during boot, which can definitely be fixed: #152

That said, even when I made it work with RTAudio on, the sound was completely garbage with a ton of digital distortion, making it unusable. With an RPi 4B with a ugreen sound card that worked perfectly well on OpenAuto Pro.

I spent the entire day trying to make it work in one way or another and I am at my wits end. How can this be so complicated?!
