Can we have an option to delete the test-locations

Currently, while testing analysis-dashboard with the data-platform I created some locations and there is no provision to delete those. Maybe an option to delete those might help.

We can make a delete location route easily enough. But there's maybe a discussion to be had - do we want to hard delete the deleted location, or just set their capacity to zero from now (or have them be archived or something)?
