speed-up various calls

It looks like the download time is a lot bigger than the server response time.

This could be solved by rounding the results

However I have not be able to reproduce this, but its still good to round the values

Also noticed that the v0/system/GB/gsp/?UI=true often takes seconds to run (not milliseconds)

However on Post, hitting the data-platform it takes 200ms. Seems a big gap here

Running the api locally, and calling the call, we it takes about ~200 ms

So is there something blocking this, when call it using the UI (perhaps other calls too)
