Memory growing on quartz-api

Like before the api (quartz-api) memory is growing

Its growing by roughly 250MB a day. Its at about 600 MB now. So it'll be enough ~10 days before we have a problem.

Its grown 1.2GB over 6 days. It currently up to 1.5GB. So its got atleast another 6 days in it
