Spec

• When user clicks "+ Add Team Member" user gets the add course team member modal
• User can add many team members at once but only choose one role to assign
• Once added, team members are shown in the Team Members data table
• CCX Coach role is only available if CCX is enabled for a course
• If a username or email is not found display the modal:
