Current Behavior
For instructor paced courses, there are no actions a learner can take for past due assignments. However, currently past due assignments are highlighted on both the course home carousel and the assignments tab of the course content page.
Proposed Change
Since there are no actions a user can take, we should alert the learner that an assignment is past due, but prioritize next-up assignments.
