org.opengis.referencing.gazetteerpackage is derived from ISO 19112:2003. A revision as been published as ISO 19112:2019. The GeoAPI interfaces need to be updated accordingly.The
org.opengis.referencing.gazetteerpackage was not part of GeoAPI 3.0, so there is no backward-compatibility concern for this task.
