problem with call from locked screen

I was able to make the example work with my project
and getting the call in foreground , background and even when not opened at all

when is used this https://github.com/opentok/CallKit/issues/14#issuecomment-477641592 to overcome the speaker problem in lock screen
the voice gone and no voice and no connections happen

I'm using notifications with "content-available" = 1; in payload

any help ?
