[Feature]: Date & time formats setting

Feature Description

Having a date format setting would be great in order to have dates in DD/MM/YYYY format instead of MM/DD/YYYY or DD MMM format instead of MMM DD.
Same goes for time format: having a 24H time format would be nice to have.

Motivation

As a French user, date and time formats I've seen in current CheckCle release are not intuitive to me: I suppose it's the same for many other users not from the US.

Alternatives Considered

No: don't know what I should do/try for such a feature.
