TypeScript SDK for Agent Spec

The only SDK available today for the Agent Spec is in Python. It would be great to have a TypeScript SDK so the JS/TS ecosystem can also author, validate, and serialize Agent Spec configurations.

The initial phase would cover the core spec (components, properties, serialization, validation), with runtime adapters following in later phases.

I'm happy to contribute this if the team is open to it.

Thanks for the interest and opening a PR already! We will review it :) .
Just out of curiosity, what do you plan doing thanks to this port? I am always happy to hear what people want to do, especially when it is a bit beyond what we have been doing so far!

We're building a visual agentic flow builder in TypeScript. The core idea is to be framework agnostic. Users define their workflows in the builder, we represent them as AgentSpec, and then any AgentSpec-compatible executor can run them.

AgentSpec is a great fit as an interop layer here since it decouples workflow authoring from execution. And because our builder is in TypeScript, we need the TS SDK to programmatically construct and serialize AgentSpec configurations from user-defined workflows.
