reset timeout

Hi,
is there a way to reset the timout?..
I do ajax calls that do not refrsh the entire HTML page, so the timeout keep running..
I would like to call a function (ex : jQuery.sessionTimeout.resetTime() ) after my ajax call that start the countdown again

The timeout is already reset automatically if you set option ignoreUserActivity: false

When this option is enabled the timer is reset on all this events:

$(document).on('keyup mouseup mousemove touchend touchmove', ...

This doesn't provide an answer to the question. I have a similar issue where I need to reset the timer for ajax calls that don't refresh the page. However, I do not want to reset the timer for all actions. Only for ajax calls.
