I like the light way of adding tags „everywhere I go“ over deciding upfront in which book I need to write a note.
Combined with an option of structuring tags by cascading them, it would be very convenient to organize projects, areas of interest, work…
A way to collect my ideas for a home renovation project could look like #home / groundfloor / kitchen / storage #home / groundfloor / livingroom / multimedia #home / garage / tools / storage
This could also be used for a way to journal or put a date on your notes, if you cascade them like #2026 / January / 15 #2026 / April / 02 #2026 / April / 15
in a one-level-tag-world all items in „storage“ (home project) or „15“ (date/journal) would end up in one collection
What do you think?
Would love to get your feedback on this idea.
