도커 elk에 추가된 기술들 올리기

기존에 ELK 구성 끝나시고, 기타 기술 스택 추가하시는 분들은 다음 과정만 추가하시면 됩니다.

1. docker-compose.yml 파일 해당 코드로 변경해주세요.
