Never timeouts don't work.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.from applications settings, clipboard timeout, never.
2.from applications settings, application timeout, never.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect not to have to renter my Keypass pswd, frequently. After a while, 
clipboard  has password and cannot copy username to clipboard.


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.9.9   Android 2.3.5 on Samsung Fascinate.
