Suggest changing the IBM KC link text #38

Description

@tomwaterton

At the top right of the both the overview page and also the top right of the Tutorial Steps View, there is a link that has the link text "IBM Knowledge Center".

The link actually opens the documentation that is contained within the Toolkit, so I think it would be better to use "Product documentation" as the link text.

Using "IBM KC" might not be technically wrong, but I think most customers will associate IBM KC with the online content container, and so will be expecting that. Here is the IBM word usage advice regarding "IBM Knowledge Center":
Link or refer to specific content and omit unnecessary references to the container of the information. To refer to the type of content in IBM Knowledge Center, use a general term such as "product documentation" or "documentation."
