Improvements

Hello,

For helm chart, I would suggest improvements:

• please do not specify namespace in the templates, as the helm chart will be deployed in a dedicated namespace
• it would be nice to be able to specify an existing secret for ovhCredentials (case of external secret management for instance, like vault)
• in default values file, it would be nice to set the tag of the current release, not "latest", so that an upgrade is done in case of new release

For operator:

• in case of public database, it would be nice to have a way to say: use public ips and not private ones

We just started to use the public-cloud-database-operator, tested it yesterday and failed since the nodes in the pool don't have an internal address, but public only. Was about to open a new issue stating that this doesn't work at all - which for our deployment is true -, but after finding this issue, and checking a bit better the source it seem that the operator is not even looking for external ip addresses, but internal only. Is my observation correct?

All the other suggestions listed above also holds water, and terminology should also be unified as suggested in #8.

I propose to split this issue into four separate issues according to the bullet points, as they are independent from each other. If there is agreement I can do that.
