NumPy ≥1.24 breaks imgaug due to removed alias np.bool

Description:
imgaug fails when used with NumPy ≥1.24 because deprecated aliases like np.bool were removed. This causes runtime errors in augmentation pipelines.

AttributeError: module 'numpy' has no attribute 'bool'

Cause:
NumPy 1.24 removed several long‑deprecated aliases. imgaug has not yet been updated to replace them.

Workaround :
Pin NumPy to 1.23.5, which still includes the deprecated aliases.
