I think, this is an error that we can ignore in the future. I don't see a reasonable way to connect the techniques with the person creating this ontology.

Other opinions?

We need to find a way that this specific unconnected class does cause the overall check to fail.

I just discussed this error with @paulmillar and he clarified that this is an important remark. When somebody is querying the PaNET terms, there is currently no connection to the authors. The only connection is that the metadata of the ontology (e.g. authors) is listed in the same file as the techniques. Without a relationship between them, there is no machine-readable connection.
