Given PaNET01318 (atomic force microscopy) is a subclass of PaNET00103, PaNET2011003 should be a probe, not a beam characteristic. Modification The specificier PaNET2011003 and the technique PaNET00103 have been updated to have relations to probe rather to beamcharacteristic.
