Timer is not present in Elevate as Admin Feature, version is incorrect in About section

1. In Elevate as Admin feature, the timer is not set which means that the user is not downgraded as standard user after 30 minutes.
2. In About section, the version always shows as 1.0.0 irrespective of any version we have. Please correct the same.
