Write an eval suite for the pf-component-structure skill (react plugin). This skill audits PF React component nesting, wrapper hierarchies, and layout structure.
Discriminating signal: PF-specific nesting rules and required wrapper components (e.g., PageSection inside Page, CardBody inside Card). Baseline Claude may accept invalid nesting or miss subtle hierarchy violations that cause spacing bugs in PF layouts.
MCP dependency: None — full eval with React component fixtures.
Acceptance criteria:

5+ test cases covering explicit invocation, implicit/contextual prompts, and at least 1 negative control (e.g., correctly structured component)
