CSS uses "--pf-t-global--" prefix, but it's "--pf-t--global--"

AccessConsole.tsx and VncActions.tsx refer to CSS variables called "--pf-t-global--spacer--md". This is missing a "-" and should start with "--pf-t--global". There might be other places and other variables, I haven't checked exhaustively.
