Multiple backends for poll results

Hello. There are cases which people want the result to be persisted. Maybe add multiple backends? Like Redis, Sqlite, MySQL, and in memory BTree.

I was looking for a FOSS polling app online and there aren't many choices which I can find. Are you interested in further developing this app? And maybe making it some standard polling mechanism among FOSS people at least? I would ask to add more and more features. So there is a question if you are interested or not.

I'm pretty much sure we can find someone or some group within the FOSS community to host a public version of it for us.

I'm not currently working on this project, other than maintaining security updates (irregularly). To be honest, it was a bit of a research project for me in learning how to use axum that evolved into a legitimate OSS tool.

I would welcome community contributions for different backends though, but I think the default behavior should remain as an in-memory BTree.
