Question: Increase the maximum size of the .pbf file

Since the limit was set in 2018 (cbedf8781ac366980ddfdf2cd3450a0fd46e3355) and the osm data has nearly doubled from 84GB in [2020](https://planet.openstreetmap.org/planet/2020/planet-200106.osm.bz2) to 152GB in [2025](https://planet.openstreetmap.org/planet/planet-latest.osm.bz2) I would like to discuss whether it would be useful to increase the maximum allowable limit.
