Dependency Package Issue

Hi Greg,

Not sure if others have experienced this issue and I tried to resolve this before posting here but I get this error message below when trying to create dependency package.

When I run pip list, I see that both nrel-pysam-stubs and pyomo are installed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
