Unable to locally build the PCP documentation locally on Fedora

I attempted to build the PCP documentation from the pcp git checkout on Fedora 42 with make latexpdf run in the docs directory. sphonixcontrib-redoc isn't in Fedora and looks rather old (last update 2020). Towards the end of the build See the following output and no pdf file is generated:

Extension error (sphinxcontrib.redoc):
Handler <function assets at 0x7fa76824a3e0> for event 'build-finished' threw an exception (exception: HTTP Error 404: Not Found)
make: *** [Makefile:20: latexpdf] Error 1

Is this expected? What is the correct method of generating the documentation from the git repository sources?

The Read the Docs for PCP also encountered some problem about 3 months ago and hasn't been building since then.

Took a look at this issue and found that something changed in where sphinxcontrib-redoc URL was located. Filed pull request #2515 to address this.
